Matthew Cuddy is an analyst at WPA.
Matthew has a strong background in Massachusetts politics, with experience on campaigns at both the statewide and local level, and he was involved with several races in Virginia during the 2010 election cycle.
Matthew has worked on over a hundred research projects since joining WPA in the spring of 2010, including political campaigns ranging from municipal contests to U.S. Senate races, and dozens of projects for corporate and non-profit clients.
Pertinent Background and Relationships
- Prior to joining WPA, Matthew was a direct mail copywriter, specializing in fundraising and advocacy for political clients.
- Matthew worked in the development office of one of the nation’s largest non-profits, where he wrote and coordinated direct mail campaigns which outperformed expectations during a weak economy.
- Began his career with a Boston-based media research firm where he worked on television and print branding efforts for regional and national clients.

- Graduated with a B.A. in Political Science from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts.
