Ryan specializes in questionnaire design and survey methodology.  Ryan has a niche for the health care industry where he has coordinated with hospitals and healthcare systems in targeting communication strategies through research solutions and in improving the patient’s experience and employee satisfaction.  With a background in Sociology and Survey Methodology, he understands the evolving field of opinion research and polling to provide companies and organizations the necessary quality data needed for success.

• Has managed the largest online healthcare survey in the US, polling over 250,000 consumers in over 300 markets annually.
• Worked for over four years working with hospitals across the United States in developing incentive programs for their employees to help improve the patient’s experience.
• Involved in research to test hospital advertisement campaigns to ensure the appropriate communication strategies would result in stronger brand equity for the hospital.
• Extensive background in inferential statistics through formal education and professional experience to provide actionable results.

Ryan lives with his wife, Kellie, and daughter, Avery (1), in Edmond, OK.  Prior to moving to Oklahoma, Ryan began his graduate studies at the University of Nebraska – Lincoln in Survey Research and Methodology.
