Obama and taxes…

A recent poll indicates that a majority (54%) of voters DO NOT believe that President Obama will be able to cut taxes as he promised.  This is a significant finding for two reasons:

  • First, it demonstrates that McCain’s negative attacks in the closing weeks penetrated, giving many Americans doubt in Obama’s tax plan.
  • Second, the data proves that most Americans didn’t make their choice for President based on the candidate’s proposed tax plans.
